Mr R. has launched into 2013 with a health transformation plan with the help of Paul from PWR Personal Training. One or two health issues had crept in for the company director and busy family man from Ingol, Preston, due to unhealthy habits.
Mr.R. has already reported his clothes are now loose, and he has made significant progress in
- Stamina - cardio machines at his new gym
- Strength - through circuit style workouts
- Diet control - gained control and reduced cravings
- Weight (fat) loss - already lost 9lb in 3 weeks
Mr.R. is looking forward to further progress through the Winter and into the Spring of 2013.
