Congratulations Kirsty

Congratulations to Kirsty Monks on passing her written and physical exams, to earn a place with our boys and girls in blue.
Kirsty won't mind me saying that when she called me up she was in a blind panic about her ability to pass a strength test for entry into the police force. Through a combination of intense strength conditioning and increase in quality nutrition, she turned her despair into inspiration, and passed with flying colours. Kirsty can now be seen driving a white car with flashing lights around South Ribble, keeping our streets safe. Well done, Kirsty. Your determination is a credit to you, and the police force's gain.

Good luck Holly and Daniel

Best wishes to my client Holly and my webmaster Daniel who get married on Friday 1st August 2008.

A big well done to Holly on maintaining her fitness and tone throughout a very busy period of her life. Combining a hectic work schedule with meticulous wedding planning and a lengthy hen party, has left her with little time to workout. Nevertheless, Holly has managed to get two long runs in during the month up to her wedding, and has improved the tone in her upper body, and firmed her hips ready for her and Daniel's big day.

I wish both a fertile and productive future together.
