More Boot camps to come

Well done and a huge thank you to all who have been part of PWR Fitness Boot Camps to date this year. Feb Fitness Boot Camp comes to an end this week, but is followed immediately - on Monday March 8th - by Spring Fitness Boot Camp. Its pretty much sold out but there will be more boot camps to come through the summer.

We've been indoors so far this winter, at the excellent facilities at St.Augustine's Sports Centre in Avenham, Preston. As it warms up (slightly) we'll be taking the boot camp outside for a more varied workout in the fresh air.

"I can't speak highly enough of the professional support that Paul has provided for me over the past 6 months, which has led to so many positive outcomes for me personally. Following my bi-annual company medical in January, 09, I was approximately 18 lbs over my desired weight for my age. This was a complete shock to the system given that until recently I'd led an active life in terms of sport.
