Wholemeal lasagne and macaroni and spaghetti.
Millet, Quinoa (similar to couscous or rice)
Pear and apple spread (sugar free alternative to jam),whole earth sugar free jam
Higher natures' Get Up and Go, Dandelion Coffee, Barleycup, Caro or Teecino
